Studio Policies

Check-In

If this is your first time to the studio, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class to meet your instructor and become acquainted with the studio & equipment.

Please arrive on time. If you are running late, text us and let us know. If you arrive 5 minutes late you will not be allowed into class as it is past the warm-up, and thus unsafe for your body and distracting to the rest of the class. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Intro Policy

To ensure a great experience for all, an introductory class is required before booking into our regular schedule. If more than 6 months have passed since your Intro Class and you haven’t attended regular classes, we kindly require you to retake the Intro to ensure you're confident and safe on the equipment. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the liability waiver before participating in class. Those under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Reservation Policy:

To reserve a spot in class, you must have a valid credit package or membership on file to book. To make a reservation please login to your account using the Paradise Pilates TI app or by visiting our website. If you need to change your reservation, please do so 12 hours or more before the class start time to avoid losing your credit and incurring a late cancellation charge.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel as soon as possible. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class will forfeit the class credit from your specific membership or pricing option and incur $15 late cancellation fee. Private Sessions, please cancel as soon as possible, any cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will forfeit the session credit and be charged a late cancel fee of $15. All clients who no call/no show will incur a fee of $25

Waitlist:

Automatic Enrollment: If you're first on the waitlist, you’ll automatically be added to the class when a spot becomes available. By joining a waitlist, you are indicating that you will attend the class if a spot opens. Please ensure you remove yourself from the waitlist if your plans change and you can no longer attend. If you are pulled into a class from the waitlist and cancel within the 12-hour booking window, you will be charged the standard cancellation fee & loss of credit. 

The waitlist will stop pulling people 2 hours before class. If you are on multiple waitlists and get into one class, please remove yourself from any other waitlists to avoid double bookings. If you are added to the class, you will receive a notification letting you know that you have been added to the class. You must be “opted-in” for email and  SMS notifications in Paradise Pilates TI  App to receive waitlist notifications. Late cancel and no-show fees apply if you do not cancel within the bounds of our cancellation policy.

Minimum Attendance Policy

To maintain a high-quality group class experience, all classes at Paradise Pilates TI require at least three participants to run. If only one or two people are booked, the class may be canceled at our discretion. If that happens, we’ll notify you in advance and return the class credit to your account so you can rebook at a time that works for you. On occasion, we may choose to run a class with only two clients, but this will be a rare exception.

Class Attire & Equipment Requirements:

Socks with grips & nonslip reformer towels are required for each class for safety and sanitary reasons. We have socks and reformer towels for sale at the studio. Please wear tight athletic/yoga attire

Filming During Class

Filming during class is not permitted without prior approval. To request permission, please email hello@paradisepilatesti.com. If approved, our team will assist with setup to minimize distractions and protect the privacy and comfort of all clients. No other clients may appear in the frame without their verbal consent, and instructors have the final say if filming disrupts the class.

From time to time, the studio may record classes for quality control or promotional purposes—we will always request your consent beforehand.

Membership Terms:

All Paradise Pilates memberships require a 3-month commitment with no exceptions. Memberships renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time after the initial commitment period.

By purchasing a membership you are authorizing Paradise Pilates TI to, on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card account associated with your account, for monthly payments due associated with your membership and any fees stated in our late cancellation policy.

Membership class credits/classes DO NOT rollover to the next month and can't be extended for use outside of the 30-day window.

If your payment fails to process, your booking privileges will be frozen.

Membership Pause/Freeze:

Members may put their membership on freeze for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 6 months per calendar year. Notice of freeze must be given at least 3 working days prior to the first day of the freeze, via email to hello@paradisepilatesti.com, providing the start and end date of freeze. Billing will automatically resume upon the end of freeze. A freeze halts the progress of your 3-month membership agreement and the commitment continues after the freeze is lifted.

Cancellation of Membership:

After the 3-month commitment period is completed, a membership can be cancelled at any time. Memberships cannot be canceled while on freeze. Membership cancellations can be sent via email at hello@paradisepilatesti.com. Memberships will not be refunded.

Class Packs:

All classes must be prepaid before attending by purchasing a class pack or drop-in class online or via our app. Each class pack contains a strict expiry date. If the number of classes for which the class pack entitles attendance have not been used by the holder before the expiry date, then those classes will expire, and no refund will be given for any unused classes.

A class pack entitles the holder of the pack attendance at classes offered by Paradise Pilates TI. Class packs are non-transferable between holders, and may not be sold, traded, gifted, shared, provided or otherwise transferred to any person other than the purchaser.  

Current prices and expiry time frames for each type of class pack can be found on our website and may be amended from time to time.

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final. Classes and private sessions are not available for transfer or exchange and cannot be shared amongst clients. All merchandise bought is considered a final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Lost & Found:

Paradise Pilates TI is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind.

Medical Concerns & Pregnancy:

Paradise Pilates TI may decline entry to a class because of injury, medical conditions and other safety concerns including pregnancy. Under these circumstances, we would suggest booking a private session and allowing one of our instructors to give you an evaluation. If you are pregnant and in your first trimester, you may take any of our classes with your doctor’s consent. 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the liability waiver before participating in class. Those under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. For the safety and comfort of all clients, pets are not permitted inside the studio—please leave them at home or outside. Class times, pricing, and instructors are subject to change without notice. WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY AND FUTURE RELEASE FORM FOR PARADISE PILATES TI, LLC

I affirm that I am of legal age (or have received parental consent) and understand that my participation in classes and activities offered by Paradise Pilates TI, LLC entails voluntary choice.

I recognize that these workouts involve physical exertion, including stretches, lifts, the use of props and reformer machines, and other challenging exercises, which I have the right to decline at any time.

Acknowledging the inherent risks of physical exercise, I agree to inform Paradise Pilates TI, LLC of any medical conditions or concerns before participating, and I understand that medical clearance may be requested.

For prenatal or postnatal clients, consultation with a physician and clearance for physical exercise are mandatory.

I release Paradise Pilates TI, LLC, its staff, employees, and agents from all liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during my participation in their classes and activities. I waive the right to a jury trial and punitive damages related to such claims.

Furthermore, I agree to indemnify Paradise Pilates TI, LLC and its representatives against any claims or damages resulting from my participation.

By acknowledging below, I confirm that I am free from certain health conditions and have disclosed any relevant medical history to Paradise Pilates TI. If applicable, I have informed them of pregnancy, recent childbirth, or surgery within the past 12 months.

Paradise Pilates TI, LLC assumes no obligation to provide medical advice or treatment. It is my responsibility to ensure my own health and safety during exercise.

I understand and accept that Paradise Pilates TI, LLC is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Additionally, I acknowledge the use of CCTV cameras and audio for security purposes in Paradise Pilates TI studios.

I consent to the potential filming or photography of classes by Paradise Pilates TI, LLC, and permit the use of my name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional and editorial purposes.

I have read and comprehend this release form and waiver of liability and agree to its terms voluntarily.

This waiver may be invoked as a defense against any legal actions brought by or on my behalf.

Any individual under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian sign a Waiver of Liability on their behalf and must be accompanied by an adult while attending class at Paradise Pilates TI, LLC.

Please be aware that the terms of this release and waiver are subject to change without prior notice.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE WAIVED SIGNIFICANT RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE DONE SO FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY FORM OF INDUCEMENT OR GUARANTEE BEING OFFERED TO ME. MY SIGNATURE IS A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
